How it Works
PICK A DATE & CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
Availability? Always, no need to check with us first, we’ve got your date covered 😊.
BOOK YOUR PACKAGE
Pay a small deposit to secure your day with us, we offer free cancellation right up until your package has been shipped.
DELIVERY
Your package will be delivered to you 2 days before your event, if not before, we’ll provide you with all the necessary updates in plenty of time.
ARRIVAL OF YOUR PACKAGE
When your box arrives, check it out, and have a play, we’ll pop a few extra films in for you free of charge just for this reason.
COLLECTION
When it’s all over, time to pack it all up and send it back to us, we can either collect it from your address, or another, or you can drop it off at a local collection point. We’ll contact you regarding this so don’t worry about the details!
Frequently asked questions
We aim to ensure your package is delivered to you no later than 2 days before your event, if your Wedding is on a Saturday, it will be with you on or before Thursday. Please don’t be alarmed if it’s not, just reach out and we’ll be on the case!
Don’t worry, these things happen, if you could just let us know if you notice anything like this before you send them back to us, that would be fab. We won’t expect you to pay any extra fees 😊.
We’ll include simple instructions with your package so that you know everything required to use them, they’re very simple, and there’s usually always somebody that will have used them before too! If you’re stuck though, we’re always here!
