Terms and Conditions of Instappie Camera Hire

  1. β€œThe Customer” means organisation or person who purchases goods and services from the company.
  2. β€œThe Company” means Instappie, a trading name of Big Day Productions Ltd.
  3. The β€œGoods” are any items supplied by contract between the customer and Instappie, regardless of ownership.
  4. The β€œContract” is any written or verbal agreement between Instappie and the customer.
  1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of goods or services by the company to the customer.
  2. All goods remain the property of the company.
  3. The company reserve the right to substitute any items as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
  4. All goods, once signed for become the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Goods shall be delivered in good working order. Unless notice is received to the contrary as soon as reasonably possible and in any event no later than 24 hours after delivery, goods shall be deemed to be in good working order.
  6. No substitute items shall be accepted by the company.

  1. Delivery and collections are included free of charge in our packages to addresses within the UK. Additional costs may be required to post outside of the UK. Please inform us before booking if you require our services for an event that is not in the UK.
  2. Delivery of your package will be delivered to you 2 days before your event. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, your package will arrive on Thursday or before. If any delivery problems occur we will do our best to rectify them as soon as possible. If your package does not arrive in time due to delayed delivery, you will be refunded in full provided the film has not been used. We will do everything possible to re-issue your package via another delivery service to ensure this does not happen, but we cannot help with some things that are out of our control.
  3. Collection – Your package can be dropped off at various drop-off points that we will inform you of, or it can be collected from a location you choose. We will contact you to discuss collection. We require the package to be returned to us 2 days after your event. Please contact us if this is a problem, we are always happy to help 😊.
  4. Please ensure the cameras are packaged inside the wooden box they’re provided in, along with all accessories that were included, and then placed inside of the delivery box they arrived in to ensure a safe return to us.

  1. All prices are provided on our website, the price on our website is what you will pay, a small deposit secures our services. Once your deposit has been paid a member of Instappie will contact you to confirm your booking with us, however, payment is required in full 30 days before your event date. If your booking is made with less than 30 days before your event, payment will be required in full. No products shall be shipped until full payment has been made.
  2. If cancelling our services, we will refund 100% of the total value of the goods if cancelled before your products/services have been shipped. No refunds will be provided once your items have been shipped (2 days before your event).
  3. Payment in part or in full of any quote to supply goods and or services herein referred to shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  4. All prices are based on a 5 day hire, arrival 2 days before, the day of your event, and 2 days after. Longer periods can be discussed at the time of booking if required.
  5. When placing an order, either a Β£60 deposit, or payment in full can be paid. If a deposit is paid, the balance is to be paid no later than 7 days before your event date. If your event date is less than 7 days away, payment will be required in full to confirm our services.
  6. Payments are requested by invoice, for you to pay online with a debit/credit card.
  7. Payment is only accepted from the person placing the order and not from a third party.

  1. Customers shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure the goods are not damaged or misused during the hire period.
  2. The customer shall not attempt to sell or otherwise dispose of the goods.
  3. We provide free accidental damage to our products, however we ask that care is taken when handling our goods to minimise the risk of this happening. Instructions will be provided to aid in helping you use our cameras.

  1. To the fullest extent, the company shall not be liable for any losses the customer may incur arising out of or in connection with the hire of goods.
  2. The customer agrees to indemnify the company at all times in respect of claims by any person in relation to any injury, loss, and claim or expense arising out of or in connection with the use of the goods.
